Cancellation Policy:

We realize that 'life happens', but please understand that as a business we must maintain a cancellation policy.

PLEASE NOTE: All requests for cancellation must be received in writing and cancellation fees MUST BE PAID before we will cancel your reservation.

*Additionally, if you have not paid your seminar fees yet due to the fees being deferred as a courtesy for whatever reason, please note you will still be responsible for the cancellation fees for canceling the seminar, regardless if you have paid your seminar fee or not.

If we do not receive your cancellation form prior to the final payment date listed on your invoice, or if you simply never contact us to pay your balance, you forfeit any and all deposits paid.

When canceling, if you are traveling with a roommate and not a spouse, significant other, or family member, we must ensure that your roommate is fully aware of the cancellation.

We must receive separate, signed cancellation forms from both parties before we are able to cancel your reservation, in addition to a credit card to which the cancellation fees will be charged.

If you are coming close to a final payment deadline, please ensure that your form is submitted prior to the final payment date or you will incur increased penalties. If we do not receive a cancellation form PRIOR TO the final payment date listed on your Cruise Academy invoice,
or if you simply never contact us to pay your balance, you will forfeit any and all deposits paid.

Cancellation Prior to Final Payment Date Listed on Your Invoice:

  • 25% cancellation fee deducted from seminar fee refund; full credit towards a future seminar within 2 years. *if your seminar fee has not been paid yet, you must provide a credit card for the cancellation fees to be charged to; reservation will not be cancelled without payment of cancellation fees.
  • $50.00 per person, non-refundable cruise cancellation fee.
  • Cruiseline penalties will apply; visit cruiseline website for details or ask your agent.


Cancellation After Final Payment Date Listed on Your Invoice:

  • 50% cancellation fee deducted from seminar fee refund. *if your seminar fee has not been paid yet, you must provide a credit card for the cancellation fees to be charged to; reservation will not be cancelled without payment of cancellation fees.
  • $50.00 per person non-refundable, cruise cancellation fee in addition to cruiseline penalties.
  • Cruiseline penalties will apply; visit cruiseline website for details or ask your agent.


Cancellation Less Than 30 days from Sail Date:

  •  No refund of seminar fee. *if your seminar fee has not been paid yet, you must provide a credit card for the cancellation fees to be charged to; reservation will not be cancelled without payment of cancellation fees.
  •  Increased cruiseline penalties will apply.
  •  Visit cruiseline website or ask your agent.

Cancellation by Default:

  •  You do not contact us or make your final payment.
  •  You do not submit a cancellation form prior to final payment date.
  •  Any and all deposits / payments made are forfeited.

Travel Insurance Policies:

*Please note - Travel Insurance Polices are NOT refundable. Because you are purchasing an actual policy to insure your trip, cancellations can only be accepted within 7 days of the purchase of your policy.

*Policy costs are NOT refunded when you make a claim.

Speaker Change Cancellation Policy:

Please be advised, we do not anticipate last-minute speaker changes, however, in the event of speaker emergency or cancellation, please be advised, we reserve the right to substitute an equally qualified speaker.

If you are not satisfied with the seminar or the replacement speaker, please let us know via your seminar review form and we will take actions to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Additionally, if a speaker cancels at the last-minute and we are unable to secure a replacement, all guests will be given a full refund of their seminar fees. Due to the nature of the venue, we are not able to refund your cruise fees. This has never happened, but in the event it did, you can be sure we would take all steps to ensure your satisfaction.
